They came out and replaced an upgraded a whole new solar panel and a new hot water tank ,hybrid. They were very professional and they did a very good job. I give them a five stars and I’d like to compliment Aiden and Ray. They are wonderful electricians I recommend Bluestar for all your repairs or upgrades. Anything you need call Bluestar I will. I almost forgot the insulated my home and what they did was most interesting. They actually took a hose on every side of my house and stuck it in the vinyl siding and blew insulation all through there. I never seen it done like that also, all the old installation that I had in the basement they took it out, threw it all away and put brand new foam installation in. They did such a professional job. I reached out to the company in the late spring and told them my information etc. Within 2 weeks a representative came out and looked at our home did a few checks on our income and family size and got everything approved immediately. I was able to get not only upgraded insulation, but my 15 year old hot water tank was replaced for an extremely low cost. The insulation was covered by the company and they came out within 2-3 months based upon state timing and got the job done. They were all very professional and got the work done on both projects in less than 2hrs per project. Overall great service, my family and I are ready for the winter and I highly recommend this to anyone in NYS.

From the very first call to the final inspection our experience was great. Dylan came out to review our needs, set up the subcontractors and everything was done professionally and timely. Communication was great. The office staff never hesitated to take time to talk when I call and if they didn’t know the answer directly, they made the inquiry and got back to me in a very timely manner. We were supposed to receive attic insulation and crawlspace sealing services from BlueStar/Greenstar Home Services. We even went through the whole Georgia Home Energy Rebate application process, and were qualified for $2,000 off our quoted project estimate. Long story short, Bluestar/Greenstar's subcontractor (they would've used to complete our project) fell through. Our project was delayed 2-3 months, with no timeline to start in sight. Instead of Bluestar/Greenstar reaching out to me to explain, I had to call them and ask what the heck happened to our project. I am only awarding your services 2 stars, because you were friendly to me in person, and over the phone. Please do better, BlueStar/Greenstar.

Bluestar was great from start to finish. I asked them out for an energy audit and the consultant (Dylan) ended up telling me about a bunch of NYS programs for updating our 24-year old furnace and water heater. We ended up having them spray foam our basement and install a new furnace and water heater. Emma and Kim at the office were great when weather disrupted the schedule and all the guys who came and did the installs were very professional. Highly recommended!
