Fantastic service!! Had a safe we could not access, they came out next day and got it opened in less that 30 minutes!! Also made suggestions on how to update/upgrade the safe to make sure we don't get locked out again. Highly recommend this company!!

Customer support and repair service has been outstanding! Fancy old door handle set lever broke on my side door; customer support was super helpful about exactly what measurements and what steps to take to determine if set was repairable or needed a full replacement. When I did disassemble the set, it was clear a full replacement was necessary, as I could see where a bolt had broken. They were extremely helpful in helping me select a new set (as the broken one was no longer in production) and installation was prompt and efficient. Locksmith (Nate A.) was very helpful and did an excellent job problem solving a factory defect on the new handle set (new interior faceplate had a faulty spring, he attempted to repair but it kept failing, so instead he used the old faceplate temporarily unti

I got there right as they must have gone to lunch! So I waited and was the first person in line when he got back. My keys were made really fast and work great! Would have liked a smile or nice word from the tech but 2 out of 3 is pretty good!!

While it’s wonderful to buy an older home full of character. I’ve found that many of the older style locks are almost impossible to repair or replace without a high level of locksmith ability. Zach, my suburban lock & key technician, was able to service my 1920s home without any issues! He had to re-wrap one of the older door locks in the main side entrance, and also had to add dead bolts to both the upper and lower unit main doors. The work was intensive but Zach’s exceptional skill level made the difference in updating my locks! I was able to keep the character but also the functionality of my home thanks to Zach.

Suburban lock and key was absolutely wonderful I need an emergency change of locks and a deadbolt and they were able to accommodate me within the same day. The technician Kevin was amazing he was extremely helpful and making sure that I was scheduled emergently and then did his due diligence to make sure that everything went well and maintained a clean environment also.
