My experience with Bluetops wasn’t as positive as some other customers have reported. The staff, especially Benny, was friendly and professional in our conversations, and the final result was acceptable — but getting there was quite challenging. Communication and coordination between the company and their subcontractors caused repeated issues, and I had to involve additional external professionals to correct problems left behind. If you decide to work with Bluetops, I strongly recommend close supervision during installation and being clear about expectations upfront. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not use their services again and would suggest considering a full-service installer, even if it costs a bit more.
