B&M has provided our family with years of exemplary personable and professional service…they are thorough and punctual (usually early), provide reliable advice and guidance, respectful of your needs, all supported by a “front office” that is more than helpful and pleasant! They have helped our house become a “confident” home while saving us money and worry! We wish more companies provided this excellent level of service and teliability!!

I personally have never had a better experience than with your company, First it was the rapid response to our call, the help desk person (I apologize I am horrible with names) was attentive and quick to get the ball rolling. Your Technician Brandon was courteous, and informative, keeping me in the know during his initial troubleshooting and throughout the entire repair process. He got the job done and we even realized that this fix may have actually helped us with how much the system struggled for 2 winter seasons. If there were more stars to give it would probably have an infinity ♾️ tag at the end. Thank you B&M!!

The Technicians are also very respectful and extremely knowledgeable with our HVAC. We feel confident that we’re in good hands when HVAC problems arise.

B&M is the best HVAC company around! After horrible experiences with a competitor, they came highly recommended. They fixed our HVAC system and we have been impressed with our experience from start to finish - from extreme professionalism, having someone out same day when we call to even putting shoe covers on before coming into our home. Little details like that do not go unnoticed and our family would highly recommend them!

My HVAC unit was making a lot of noise and I called B&M They came out within a couple hours. Turns out it was an ice buildup in the fan unit their technician cleaned everything out, tested it and was working fine. Very grateful they were so prompt in responding to me.
