The branch manager, Jessica, personally took care of me. She was very caring and empathetic. I was so petrified of the mice situation she went out of her way to keep me at ease. CJ the other tech also went out of his way to help me. They sealed everything up and put covers on my vents and hopefully this does the trick. I had Terminix at my previous home and was glad there was one in Elizabeth City. I’ve been using Terminix for 27 years.

Grateful for the positive energy and helpful costumer service that the Terminix technician, Rakeem, exhibited while performing his Terminix checklist taking care of our home. Mercedes Washington did a check and evaluation of my crawlspace today and was an absolute life saver. Could not be happier with the knowledge and experience he has. There was no question that he didnt have an answer to. Terminex will make this man a regional manager if they know what's good 👍 💯

Mr. Dominguez is amazing, I told him my concern area, he took his time and baited and sprayed alot. I have went through other company and so far termix has been the best. And having Mr. Dominguez here is highly recommended, friendly, and professional.
