B&M Insulation

I had B&M come out and install insulation in our crawlspace and immediately noticed a terrible chemical smell coming into the house. The smell made my wife sick and caused breathing issues for her. I called Joe and told him there was a problem with the insulation and he told me he was sure that it wasn't the insulation. I assured him that there was indeed a problem because it started before the guys were even finished with the install. I told him I didn't know what kind of chemical it could have been but there was something not right. He told me he checked with the manufacturer and was told there was nothing in the insulation that could cause the problem. Joe didn't offer to come out and see for himself and after a couple of days I went under the house and puled all of the insulation out a

Spray foam insulation. Joe kropp did an excellent job estimating The job site and gave us the best price and product for the job. They were very quick to get my job done and the workers were very prompt and thorough. They did a great job and cleaned up entire area. Got the job done quickly. I will definitely use them again for other jobs given their great work ethic and attention to detail.

Gave me a fair price ,got me scheduled showed up at the time they said. The crew was professional, answered all my questions. Got to work and got the job done. We noticed an immediate difference. Really appreciate a business that does what they say.

I’m sure these folks are great But getting them to return calls or provide support after the fact is a real challenge Not to mention installing showers is their forte at all
