Magnificent service. Really patient and easy going technician. Answered my questions as they came up, even a couple of questions beyond the scope of the call. Mr. Steveen Reinert was my tech. Extremely good guy and honest to boot. From my initial call to the service performed I have no complaints whatsoever. I know who I'm calling from now on, and I'd recommend this team to anyone.

This is one of the best companies by far. Always on time very thorough review of the problem quick response to a request for service. with this plumbing company you will not need any other plumbing company ever again. I’ve been using them for many years and have always received great service.

I made over 5+ service calls for the heating system this winter, and the current tenants discussed moving out due to no heat and/or low heat. All the windows closed and the system is set for 75 degrees and its 56 degrees on numerous occasions. Granted sometimes were based on the tenants turning the system off, but most times were based on the system not responding properly. BMB & Sons installed the South Jersey Gas Efficiency Heating System that costs over 16k that is having ongoing issues. I have heard this company say we stand by the work, not the equipment more than once. If you don't stand by the equipment, then don't install it. My heating system was fine prior to this company getting involved. I was looking to make my investment property more efficient. This whole experience

There are not enough words to describe how awesome this company is! Use them! They are knowledgeable about the old school radiator systems and are very kind as well. Probably one of the best contractors I have worked with! And I’m a Realtor so I have worked with a lot!

Our hot water heater died over the weekend.. i called them Monday, Denise was very helpful and informative,and they sent a guy out right away They're customer service is outstanding. They gave me a quote. Which was reasonable, and they came out first thing Tuesday morning to install the new tankless water heater. They were done in about 4 hrs ...and now we have endless hot water.😁 Thank you BMB!
