One stop is the best! We had a plumbing emergency that my husband couldn’t figure out on a Saturday and they showed up within 2 hours and didn’t quit until they figured out what was going on. They were here for 3 hours and got us back to normal thank goodness! I highly recommend Eric and his team to anyone in need of his services! Will definitely use again! I have used One Stop 3 times now , twice for plumbing and once for heating. I have gotten high quality work, friendly service and a very knowledgeable staff every time. Eric returned my call quickly. My heater was working within one hour of his arrival.Thank you Eric for the great service and keeping my family warm and happy. We had such a great experience with Eric and his team at One Stop Plumbing. Eric came out the very next day to give us a quote and then promptly scheduled the installation for the following morning. He was transparent and incredibly fair with his pricing and his expertise showed throughout the entire process. The installation of our mini split was done quickly, efficiently, and with excellent attention to detail. We couldn’t be more grateful for his professionalism and the quality of his work!
I had a plumbing issue that I couldn’t figure out own my own. Called One Stop plumbing and they came to my house with in a hour on a Saturday afternoon. Staff is very friendly and they figured out the problem. Thank you again Eric and John for helping my Wife and I. Will definitely recommend you guys to anyone else!
Hired to finish a bathroom. Customer was not happy. Tired to speak with the owner to address the issues with the owner only to be screamed and cursed at. Owner doesn't care that shower cartridge was installed wrong. Never offered to correct situation or apologize that customer is bringing in their own plumber. What a complete embarrassment. Completely unprofessional on so many levels.
