After a leak flooded half of our home, Mark and his crew were amazing. Terrific communication and follow through! Not only were they extremely professional, they were knowledgeable and very friendly! I had no concerns whatsoever trusting them in our home and handling our possessions. A+++

I highly recommend BMS Cat for all of your needs. My mother’s sewer backed up and flooded the basement. Kenny and his crew came out the same day and assessed the damage and started containment and clean up. They moved my mom’s stuff for her to my house to make the repairs easier for her. They are an A++++ company. They dealt with the insurance company to make this repair an easy and seamless one. Kenny made sure to messaged me daily to let me know when they were going to be there and what they were doing. Also let me know when they were leaving. My insurance company (Progressive) recommended this restoration company to us to use for our house and we were told they would get our house back to normal in a timely manner but they did not. They told us the quote then 2 weeks later got back to use about floor colors then another 2 weeks go before scheduling tries to get done. The problem was the communication factor. We were told on the day they came out that they were gonna be at our house at 3 pm. We get home by 2:40 pm to find out the contractor already came into the house and looked and left my mother in law a card who is not the home owner and did not call me to inform me anything. Yesterday we talked to the contractor and we let them know that we would move the washer and dryer so they can get that room done, which we did, only to
