BMS CAT

I do not usually leave negative reviews but I had the most frustrating experience with the Boston/ Marlborough office of BMS for a kitchen/living room/bathroom remodel. Stephen L was my main contact and was dishonest about timelines for completion of work and had poor communication throughout 6 month process. Quality of work was poor and required their "fixer" to come multiple times for mistakes like dents in walls, mismatched cabinet doors, sloppy painting and not leaving enough space (industry standards) between new cabinets for the appliances. I also had to remove a lot of their trash myself including a bathroom sink and excess cabinets. The worst part was the contractor caused more water damage when reconnecting the washing machine and using a cracked hose. Contractor tried to refuse

Very professional team. Arrived earlier than expected (++). Installed a few mold remediation systems. Gutted 2 bathrooms and floors. Very clean work, and no dust in rest of house. I did not hire them, as they came thru the insurance company, so don't know the cost. I would recommend them.

Nick, John, Kevin and their team are great to work with. During a recent storm, we got 2 feet of water in our basement so we needed to get the water pumped out and the basement dried after. BMS CAT was super responsive and there within a few hours to help us. They did a great job and were easy to work with. I certainly recommend BMS CAT for their quality work and great customer service.

We had a massive water heater leak that flooded our entire finished basement level. BMS CAT was on the scene the same day and had begun full water mitigation with vacuums, blowers and dehumdifiers. The technicians were reassuring, polite, professional and talented. Their work was impressive and thorough. Highly recommend them!

I would like to share my extremely unsatisfactory service provided by BMS Cat Marlborough. Last October, a sprinkler leak caused significant damage to the third floor of our home, totaling around $12,000 in estimated repairs. Our home insurance company, Connect, recommended we hire BMS Cat to handle the restoration work. While the BMS Cat manager initially provided a comprehensive quote and reviewed the insurance coverage, their performance quickly deteriorated once work began in early March. Despite being told the job would take only three weeks, they claimed an emergency at a hotel after just the second day, leaving a single technician at our home.
