Will not be using this carrier for future shipments. Asked for a quote for an FTL shipment straight dock to dock. We negotiated the rate and came to an agreement. He was provided the pickup date and time and the delivery date. I prepared the BOL and docs and he then asked if delivery could be 1 day earlier. The consignee was closed the 2 days prior to the agreed delivery date. Then he wanted to pickup the shipment 2 hours later than the agreed pickup time. I informed him these dates and times were imperative. This pickup was scheduled for a 9:00am pickup. I already the times arranged with the shipper as he was hiring people to be there at that time to load the truck. everything is all set and he wants to change all the perimeters for the pickup and the delivery.
