Boak and Sons is a first class organization. They are as reliable and dependable as a company can be and do it all with first class customer service. They have installed everything from Windows, doors, and gutters and downspouts for our clients and with each project they have stayed within the agreed upon estimates, the agreed upon timelines, and did a superb job leaving the property in great condition after the project is complete. They stayed in communication throughout the entire process and even jumped through a couple of unnecessary hoops created by the insurance companies, without so much as a complaint. Our experience with Boak and Sons was great. They sided our 100+ year old 2 story garage. It needed some extra support and adjustments and they did a great job restoring it. The crew was very hard working and courteous. They cleaned up thoughly afterwards. Would definitely recommend them.

Boak & Sons recently removed the old fiberglass insulation from my basement and applied closed-cell spray foam along the rim joists and box plates. The difference is night and day! The technician did an excellent job — very professional, thorough, and clearly skilled at his work. Before, I could feel drafts and even see daylight in one spot. Now everything is completely sealed, and the basement already feels warmer and more comfortable. I’m very happy with the quality of the work and would definitely recommend Boak & Sons to anyone looking to improve their home’s insulation.

At the first consultation I was given answers to all my questions. I received information about product availability and I was given a very clear quote for the work I requested.
