We had a 10-12in main sewer line in our mobile home park that was fully blocked with tree roots. Peyton and Freddy from Bob Frame Plumbing came out for emergency service on a Saturday to resolve the issue. They came with the right equipment to remove the blockage. They recommended future follow up and preventative actions for us to take. The technicians were prompt, careful, efficient, knowledgeable, and overall great to work with. Pricing was fair/market. We will for sure be return customers.

Kyler came out to give us a quote, he timely, fair, kind, professional and exceeded our expectations!!! He was helpful and provided is with helpful information and has wisdom! He did a neat job and was thorough. We had plumbing work done for a sprinkling system that needed replaced. I cannot express how fabulous Bob Frame Plumbing is. We had a rough two weeks and Bob Frame came to our rescue! At one point yesterday, I had 4 plumbers working at my home. 16 days ago at around 9:00 PM, my daughter and I thought we smelled gas. I was running my gas dryer, so I didn’t think it was that bad. By 1:00 AM, the smell was so strong it was unmistakable. I called NIPSCO and they said to evacuate ourselves and our pets. By 1:30 AM our gas was turned off because there was definitely a gas leak. We needed a new gas water heater in our home, so i asked questions of this young plumber as though i didn't know the answers while he worked. He covered every detail thoroughly, incl CO sniffer and leak checking every joint, esp gas line. Top notch workmanship.
