Bob arrived in an hour and a 1/2 from initial phone call. He was AWESOME! Fixed the leaks from busted frozen pipes and was patient and was only moderately challenged by the number of burst pipes. I would use him again without any hesitation. I highly recommend him to others.

Bob came to service my condo himself and took the time to clear up a clog in my pipes and then also assess the overall health and quality of the pipes in my property. I really appreciate the time he took to explain not only what he was doing to my property but also how I can maintain my property so that I can have lasting peace of mind as a homeowner. I will definitely be calling him back for a few important plumbing updates, which is more than overdue.

Bob, Maryann and Bob’s work associate were a pleasure to deal with. Very professional, prompt and courteous. We initially called to have our broken garbage disposal replaced and in the process of checking some connecting piping in the basement he noticed and subsequently mentioned to us that our water heater was 15 years old. So, we had Bob install a new one - a seamless process and he pointed out other potential problems that he saw and was very thorough explaining possible issues with the repairs (it’s an old house). We really appreciated his honesty, and thorough explanations. We are planning to call him again for other issues that we have.

I called Bob Hoegler Plumbing as we had a plumbing problem with one of our showers not functioning properly. Bob quickly came to the house and repaired the faucet. This was no easy repair job as the faucet is a unique, complex European brand. However Bob got everything working well again and throughout the process kept the work area neat and clean.
