Chris and Ben from Bob Jones Plumbing did an excellent job fixing my hot water heater. They were professional, knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. I really appreciated how respectful they were and how efficiently they worked. It’s such a relief to have hot water again thanks to their expertise! I highly recommend Chris and Ben and will definitely call Bob Jones Plumbing again for future plumbing needs.

Communication was very good. Chris Durbin is a professional and we appreciate his help with a difficult and confusing underground drain issue in our 100 year old home. Today Chris had a helper and I do not have his name. They work well together and cleaned up behind themselves. I would recommend Bob Jones plumbing and will call on them again. Thank you!!

The day before a holiday and we needed a plumber. They were able to send someone with the hour who had the issue resolved in about -5 minutes. He was friendly and helpful. It was the best that we could hope for.
