Honest and genuine. He takes his time to make sure you understand what is going to happen. He also gave me options too. I needed a new boiler but I was complaining about always adding water to our steam heater. First he looked and found a leak which I didn’t know. Then he gave me an option of an auto fill. So I don’t have to check on it every other day. That is a peace of mind. After the job it was nicely put together. By securing the wiring with zip ties. Instead of just hanging like how the previous plumber did. Thanks again for all your help. By the way I have a steam heater which not many want to handle. So he does all kinds of heating solutions.
