Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We usually get our plumbing services through AJ Perri. We had been unable to use sinks, toilet, washer, tub since about 1:30 pm Sat. However, when we called A.J. Perri, they first told us someone would come between 2p-6p. Within a couple of hrs we received a call from A. J. Perri that due to other emergencies and their limited availability they could not come until sometime Sunday. I asked if our situation , not being able to use our facilities for 18 hrs was not an emergency. The response “ I’m not saying it’s not but we just don’t have availability “. My brother in law had spent 26K, with A.J. Perri about 8 months prior, in getting the sewer line from the house to the city sewer connection replaced due to the pipe outside underground being broken. The technician has done a half fast job, the screws & nuts were not added on the toilet when replaced. When technician was removing the old toilet, he forgot to close the valve and water starting pouring all over floor and went through the first floor ceiling, damaging the lightings. Very unprofessional. I don’t mind paying, in which I do hear Roto Rooter overcharges; but come on do the whole work professionally. At least add the whole sealing in the toilet, replace the valves, and those screws and nuts on the toilet so it won’t move later on. As you can see also, a cup was added on the floor to catch a water from the tank. I’m not sure if the toilet is leaking also.

Jamil was great, very straight forward and helpful throughout the whole repair of a leaky hot water heater valve. He made do great suggestions to avoid future issues but was not pushy at all. Over all amazing service and great communication. A+++

Sonia at Roto-Rooter was phenomenal! I called on Monday to request that ventilation equipment be picked up by Thursday, since I had a flight to catch.
