When we were looking for a contractor for a remodel the name Bob McGrath came up several times. We thought if he can do the Broadmoor Hotel he knows his stuff and must be reputable. Bob’s whole team was considerate, personable and proficient . They left our home neat and tidy at the end of every day. Since the majority of our remodel was long distance(from a different state) it was extremely helpful to have a project Manager to keep us on track. Baylee was “our person”.She made sure the job went smoothly from selections, to budget, to project completion. Bob McGrath Construction did an amazing job on our extensive restoration of an historic home (originally built in 1900). I have been involved in many building projects over the years and knew what we were up against when we selected McGrath, and they proved they are as capable as I was hoping they would be. Our old home was a very complicated project with alot of different aspects and details that required a builder who really knows how to re-engineer and restore an old house, pay close attention to the details and not just pump out something and be done with it. They helped us create a one of a kind home, and they were easy to work with and very professional at every juncture. I would highly recommend them.

The repair of our exposed, sandstone deck and structure was very good, work was done quickly and professional. Our project manager was Ivan O.
