Bob Ryder Elec & Generator Repair

I met Bob Ryder servicing my neighbor’s home generator. I had just received three estimates from top companies in my area, to replace my broken unit. Bob offered to take a look at my broken unit, and to provide an estimate. Not only did Bob come in at the best price, he also determined issues with our exiting gas service, and later electrical service that were corrected at the low price he quoted. Bob and his company are to be commended for their customer service and integrity. I'm glad I had the good fortune to meet Bob that day and highly recommend him.

Rarely do they return phone calls. I started in July with phone calls to get yearly maintenance done. Only called back once to schedule and never showed up. I finally called another company the first of September and got service within a week.

Bob was able to figure out the problem with my unusual request. I had a broken electric massage table and nobody else even knew where to begin to fix it. Bob came in and fixed it right away.

Bob Ryder and crew show up unannounced and started performing maintenance on our unit without permission. When confronted and asked to cease his activity he picked up the doors from our unit and heaved them against a fence and damaged our property. He them got in his company vehicle and left. It was all caught on video. Needless to say I won't be utilizing his services going forward.
