We were very pleased working with Ocean Carpet. It’s a family business and it shows. We had assistance in selecting the right flooring and carpet and they showed patience as we waffled through the selection process. When our first choice bumped us off our budget, they found great options to get us back where we needed to be. There was a hiccup when the shipping company damaged a couple boxes of flooring but Brent’s good relationship with his supplier resulted in a quick search to find additional boxes and we now have a beautiful new floor. I’ve been skeptical about lvp in general but it turns out, I really love it. It’s a great option for a home near the beach where you’d like the look of wood without the upkeep. I’m very happy we stayed local.

Just wanted to recognize Tom for the excellent job he did installing my vinyl plank floor. After he started the install, I noticed that the factory only provided 8 unique prints. Hence, you could see a repeating pattern on the floor. In my opinion, the floor did not look like it was covered in a "natural" material. Tom took the extra time to painstakingly make sure each plank was spaced a far away as possible from the previous laid plank of the same pattern. Great installer - patience, paid attention to detail and very good natured.

Did a good job removing carpet and installing CoreTech luxury vinyl as well as new baseboards in master bedroom. I like that it is a family owned brick and mortar store with history. I did not like that I had to call back to have a large gap and broken baseboards fixed, but were promptly corrected the next day. I cleaned up the dust and painted the baseboards myself. Would have been nice to have that included.

who ever is Brent Cochran in this company - lies, accuses and bullies vendors for the issues he can not prove and for the actions he refuses to take responsibility himself. Don't sell to this company and don't buy from this company - you will be accused, trashed with fake accounts on social media and bullied too!!!

Pleasant staff and very good selection. I got what I needed and learned about different flooring. Worth checking out when in the area.
