We recently had Bob Wagner's remodel the two full bathrooms on our second floor, and the experience was top-tier. The entire team was a pleasure to work with. Emma was fantastic at coordinating all the moving parts, and Patty was instrumental in helping us select our designs. A huge shout-out to Gerry and Eric, who handled all the demolition and installation—their craftsmanship is top-notch and they did a stellar job getting the work done. Everyone we worked with was friendly and fantastic in their roles. They stayed in constant contact with us throughout the process, which made a huge project feel manageable. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out!

The 30+ year old bathroom was plagued with a lot of problems...the tub had leaked through to the family room below, rotted out some of the floor, corroded plumbing valves and faucets, out dated low vanity with drawers that didn't open, dated moldy tub and floor tile, ceiling mold since there was no exhaust vent...the list goes on! Tony P. went above and beyond in selecting my office carpet. Went in with a type/pattern of carpet and after sharing photos with Tony, he gave me sample boards to compare in the office area. He was on point and I ended up selecting his choice- Yep, I may have spent a little more than my budget but at the end of the day it looks great. Also, their install team member was excellent, Ed! He did one heck of a job- Old School who mastered his craft. The old saying, “you get what you pay for” by far exceeded my expectations. The pattern was tricky and alignment after stretching cannot be noticed. Highly recommend the West Chester location and Team!
