He offered helpful tips on keeping the unit optimized and completed the scheduled maintenance thoroughly while also identifying and monitoring any potential issues. We had an excellent experience with Bob Woodall Air. Our technician, Cody, was incredibly polite and professional and got our HVAC fixed right away, which was a lifesaver during this uncharacteristically cold weather. He took the time to explain everything clearly to me in person and also walked my husband through the situation over the phone so we both understood what was going on. That level of communication and care really stood out. He was cordial, respectful, and even took a moment to love on our dogs, which instantly won us over. I’ve never had a complaint. Technicians show up on time if not early and there’s communication to let you know they are on the way along with a photo of your technician for ID purposes. They all have been competent, personable and pleasant. They all review placement of equipment in house and best access. Appts for maintenance are an hour or less. I know there are companies that charge less, however, in this instance you get what you pay for, quality service.

Wyatt was awesome. Very professional, truthful, and kept me up to date on what he was doing the whole time. Had to leave the house for a short time and our groceries were delivered while we were gone. He called and asked if it was ok if he out the perishables in the refrigerator to keep them cool. Just an overall great guy! Highly recommend!
