Great experience! They have a wide selection of quality carpets. Josh was wonderful to work with. He was knowledge and communicated with us every step of the way. We love our new carpet and will definitely be using them again.

After shopping at several other carpet showrooms in town, we decided to try Bobbie Joe's. It looks like a warehouse that would cater more to commercial customers but when we went in, we were greeted by Josh, who was very knowledgeable and treated us very well. This is a long standing family owned business and you get that personal touch. We already knew exactly what carpet we wanted but weren't sure of the exact color. Josh ordered samples in various shades to help us make the final decision. Their price on the carpet was significantly less than their competitors. We were given a choice of several different types of padding. The other showrooms we went to did not show us different pads and are not sure which were quoted to us in their prices. The price was really great I was able to save $1,000 from another place I was going to buy from. Their installer Mike was very friendly and professional, he used a power stretcher to install the carpet to get a cleaner look .

They installed new carpet and were on time, finished the job well, and got all the furniture back in place. They crew was polite. Long time business in Tucson and worth checking them if need flooring.
