Bobcat of the Rockies

Ever since Matt took over as General Manager, the store has completely changed, and not for the better. It used to feel like a place where both employees and customers were treated like family, but now, the only priority seems to be money, bonuses, and the bottom line. Customer service and employee morale have taken a noticeable hit. Additionally, there have been concerns about his professionalism and certain personal habits that don’t reflect well on someone in a leadership role. It’s disappointing to see what this store has become, and I’d recommend shopping somewhere that still values integrity and customer service.

Had an issue with a machine, field service has always been great but we had some communication issues about the repair. Matt the store manager addressed the matter with professionalism and respect. Purchased two machines from CO springs store and have had great experiences so far.

Bobcat of the Rockies is nothing short of excellent! Fantastic customer service and it's been amazing working with them. They are the only place I rent equipment from because they make the process so easy! Daisa and John are the reason I won't go anywhere else, Bobcat hit a home run when they hired these two. Thanks for your impeccable service, friendly smiles and always taking care of the little details.

I recently purchased a Bobcat MT100 at Bobcat of the Rockies and Michael G was my sales guy. The MT100 is really an amazing piece of equipment for what I need for my business. Mike was amazing to work with! The Best!! With his detailed explanations of equipment, attachments available and use, I was able to identify the equipment that was best suited for me. Everyone there at Bobcat of the Rockies that I had any interaction with was very professional but Michael gets my 5 star rating.
