Bob appliance repair now under the new name Elite will take your money they came billed me for repairing my dryer 138.00 for coming didn’t bring the necessary parts and were going to charge me again to go back to the shop and come back to fix it I am 67 years old disabled veteran and I wanted everyone to know if you’re in Rocky Mount what to expect from these folks if you need an appliance repaired

We have used Bob’s a few times over the years and they have always been great. Called yesterday for an issue with our Refrigerator, and the Technician came promptly this morning. He was not able to fix the issue due to the Refrigerator type (Only certain technicians can repair Kenmore), but explained how to get another tech there, and did not charge us for the appointment. Fantastic Service and we will definitely call again!!

I'm not even sure where to start with the generosity, and effort that this company has put forth. From start to finish they have given me a piece of mind when going above and beyond. Their concern for my outcome was more than I could have asked for. I'm forever grateful Stan, just knowing you probably saved my house. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

I HIGHLY recommend Bob’s Appliance Service! He came to fix my washing machine yesterday and was so professional and nice! He had a cancellation so he called for me to get the earlier appointment and he worked so fast! Now my machine is back up and running perfectly! Thank you again!

I’m pretty disappointed in what has happened. I’ve used Bob’s before…multiple times…and this will be my last. They came and diagnosed my washing machine ($140 to diagnose) with some issues. Parts and labor to fix was another $226. I decided to go ahead and get it fixed. I came home that night…ran the machine for 4 minutes. Water went everywhere and it still wouldn’t work. The tech comes the next day and says it’s a broken lid switch now and that someone would call me with a quote. At the end of the second day…I hadn’t heard from anyone…so in called. They would not order the part for the washing machine to fix it now unless I paid for the previous work beforehand that didn’t fix the problem. I also had to pay another $140 visit fee for them to come out and put the next part on. S
