Could be great but door was locked. Drove all the way here and ,even though the sign says open, as do the hours on the door, no one is here. I recommend calling before you come.

I ordered carpet to be bound as an area rug. Mike was super helpful...he ordered a larger sample so I could be sure the color was right, gave me a good price and helped arrange the binding. I will shop there whenever I need flooring and highly recommend Bob's Flooring.

Terribly managed. Poor communication. This store threw up so many red flags from the time i walked in the door, im not sure why I didnt walk out. Michael, the store manager refused to get out of his seat the entire time me and my wife we're there. Anytime we asked his opinion or a question he would just say "just look around yourself and see what you like" at one point, he had me fetching my contracts and receipt papers off his printer 50 feet away. I hope someone from corporate sees this, i would tell them to check the video cameras in the store to show im not joking. Fast foward to the install date. The installer did more damage than anything. He put a hockey puck sized hole in my sub floor and tried to cover it up with some type of thin plank material. ( I took photos of the damage when

We had an amazing experience! After going to Lowe’s & Home Depot, we decided to try Bob’s for our baby’s nursery carpet and they quoted us $400 LESS and the measurement appointment, delivery, and installation all in less than a week! The salesman and carpet installer were down to earth and very helpful. Plan on coming back soon for our other child’s carpet. Highly recommended this location.
