We absolutely love Bob’s Carpet and Flooring in Ocala—especially Alyssa! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. Alyssa was absolutely fabulous to work with, and Giovanni and his teammate were terrific with delivery and installation. Communication was excellent every step of the way, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. We’re thrilled with our purchase and highly recommend them. And most importantly—our dog is obsessed with the new rugs! She’s claimed them as her permanent lounging spots and refuses to move because they’re just that comfortable. 🐶🐾

I was incredibly impressed with the size of the Ocala location, the excellent customer service received by Alyssa, She is a superstar. They let you take large samples home so you can view it in the daytime and nighttime to make sure you pick the right one and the follow-through was absolutely incredible. Day before installation got a courtesy call letting me know that Team would be here at 8:30 and they arrived on time. The team of four installers were absolute professionals, there was never any UP selling or stearin, just straight up handshake type of business that stand by their product

Just moved to Ocala and needed flooring for the whole house. Went in and dealt with Mike. Very professional was not pushy I knew what I wanted and he did not try to talk me out of it or upsell to some thing I did not want. He came and measured everything was ordered then came Milton. Installation was delayed. The crew that was sent out was the best and most efficient crew I have ever had. I highly recommend Bobs to anyone looking for flooring. Make sure you ask for Mike.

Bob’s Carpet Mart replaced a mix of 2 different laminates with LVP and I could not be happier. Greg and his crew are true craftsmen, they removed all of the old laminate some of which was installed over ceramic tile, leveled the floors and installed the LVP in 2 days and the results are spectacular. The attention to detail is apparent throughout, even the mitered corners of the trim are perfect.
