There is something on VerView that is off the wall, funny but, not accurate. I am posting on my girl's phone. I had 3 floods in my home at Constable Hook Gardens. The last one was really a bad one. I called maintenance early on a Saturday morning.. I was very happy to hear that I was able to get a new floor. The carpet was bad and had a slight odor to it. The following Tuesday the owner Bob came to assess what had to be done. He was a nice man and explained what was going to take place. I was given a day to choose.
