The inspector, Shawn, was kind, professional, and easy to work with, and he gave me a very fair price, much better than the HOA-recommended company I used years ago. I was provided exactly what I needed for proof of cleaning and inspection, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. I’m genuinely glad I called them and would absolutely recommend their service.

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the service. Communication was poor from the start, and it was difficult to get clear answers about the chimney inspection results. The technician seemed in a hurry and didn’t take time to address my concerns. For the price charged, I expected much better professionalism and attention to detail.
