I stopped in for a door key for my toyota camry and got it done right there while i waited. It was GREAT! And i even got new key identifiers!!! Riley is one cool and helpful dude!

Had copies made for this anti theft club my grandfather owned. Home Depot and Lowe’s machines couldn’t make copies of it even the manual machines. Went to Bob’s and they had it! Had to come back because one of the keys didn’t work quite as well but even when I came back, even after a few weeks passed, they helped me out free of charge! They were very helpful and knowledgeable, they can also make copies of your car fobs! Customers that come in there were also very friendly.

Riley helped me save so much money! He was professional and kind. I ordered new key fobs for two different cars. He made the new key for my daughter’s car first. When he was getting ready to make mine I asked him about my broken fob. He explained that I could still use it and showed me a slot near my dashboard. I am so grateful for his excellent customer service!!! Keep up the great work Riley!

Great friendly service. I needed a new key for a Honda Civic, the team was able to get it copied and programmed within about 15 minutes

The staff here at this location is very nice and I will definitely be doing more business with with them now that I have found them again
