On a very frigid night a couple of days after Christmas 2025, my parents older heating system wasn’t working up to snuff. My mother asked me to call Bob’s Oil to ask if there was something they could do. I was pleasantly surprised to hear a person actually answer the phone! After a few diagnostic questions, the issue was resolved. It’s so rare in this AI-driven business world to have a person answer the phone and then walk you through a process to resolve the issue. Bob’s Oil Customer Service is exceptional as is every other aspect of the company. Can’t thank them, or speak more highly of them. Parents have been highly satisfied with Bob’s for over 30 yrs.

I have used Bob's Oil for years!!! They drive up my very steep hill in the depths of winter and they always deliver! Just used them for plumbing job and very happy with that also. Last minute request for water turn off and then they put it back on and installed drain and faucet! Very happy with them!!!

My house was absolutely freezing. I realized I had no oil, ran my tank completely dry. I called the company that I normally use and they told me they couldn’t make it for 4+ days! Many other companies told me the same thing. I called bobs oil ON A SUNDAY and the driver made it to my house within the same hour! Not only was the service extremely fast, the driver was one of the most kind/friendly people I’ve ever met. I definitely suggest using them as I will never call another company again! Very Professional and Prompt. I submitted a request for oil online and before I knew it Zack was at my house making the delivery. Use them if you want peace of mind, especially during the winter months.
