Can't say enough good things about Petros! Last March on a random Saturday our leak detector went off on our tank water heater. Temperature was freezing outside and I had young children at home. I scrambled to find on Google a plumber who could provide emergency services and Petros responded right away. He gave me a good quote, went to a supplier to find the tank I needed, and came to install it. Everything was done within the day and we had hot water to bath the kids!! He was very professional and efficient. Couple days ago, a week before Christmas, my parents' house had a leak from their tank, plus a shower faucet that was not letting out cold water. We came home late from work to discover our hot water heater broke and flooded the basement. Petros was a lifesaver! He arrived 10min after I called, fixed the immediate issue and set up our wet vac for us. The next day he was back with a new hot water heater. He explained what he was doing throughout and gave a fair price. He was also just a genuinely nice guy. Can’t recommend him enough!

Petros was very responsive and it was great to meet him. We had trouble with our water pipe leading to a bathroom toilet. It had flooded and we were without water. He promptly came over early the next morning and was able to fix the pipe quickly. I had a great conversation with him sharing life some life stories.

We called other places that can't schedule anyone over for days. You promptly answered our call and came in bright and early next morning to fix. Very professional and efficient.
