Overcharged. Rude employees. Don't waste your time with this company. One of the older guys came to replace my water heater and sat in my driveway for 30 mins, running the time clock, before I approached him. He did not ring my doorbell or knock on the front door and lied to me about it when I asked (I have a ring doorbell and did not have any motion at my front door). He was rude throughout the entire service when I tried to give him solutions to making the new water heater, that I bought seperately, fit into the space it was going in. There was a lot of space for it to fit, but he decided to call another employee and wait for him to get there to help him put the water heater in even after I offered to help, again running the time clock that I was going to be charged for. We had a plumbing issue & Bob’s Plumbing got Zach out here right away! He trouble shot and figured out the problem, fixed it and went the extra mile to explain to me what was going wrong & how he fixed it! So much appreciation for the fast service & thorough fix from Zach 🤩

Sloppy work. Then overcharged Very disappointed. This used to be a great company with impressive work ethic and fair prices (that was 20-30 years ago though). The last 3 times I’ve used them, I’ve discovered that’s not the case anymore. Won’t use them again and wouldn’t recommend.

I normally dont make the time to complete reviews. However, Bob's Plumbing and Heating Inc made such an impact on my family. For starters they respond quickly. I called them over an emergency and they were out to my home the VERY NEXT DAY. We were extremely hot and our AC went out. They fixed it same day. The technician was polite, respectful, fast and thorough. They are professional and AFFORDABLE. I wouldn't use anyone else. I HIGHLY recommend them everything. I'd give 10 stars if I could.
