Mark Cook was incredibly rude and unprofessional to my wife. Refused to do the work. Cussed her and threatened to call health department when he gave her the bill for the service call if she didn’t pay it.

Called them on Thurs. "Jimmy" (I believe was his name) was out by 8:40 Friday morning. Busted ass to get the problem solved quick, fast and Semi painless. Damn better service than Roto Rooter who never confirmed the appointment, called or anything. Good people.
