Bob's Smart Home

The AV system installed by Bob's Smart Home in 2017 was requiring rebooting frequently so we asked them to update the system, and provide for us updated products that would not be glitchy. They did the installation, we paid over 20k, and the bugs are now even worse. They have been out twice since the install and the main room TV is still not functional and they are charging us 1-2k each time they come out. They so far have not been able to install a functional system and have not stood behind their work. If you have another option, consider it. We currently are stuck, in 25k, and no functional TV in our main room.

Can’t be bothered to return calls despite multiple attempts to get in touch about a smart home system installation. Odd since the HVAC side of Bob’s is excellent. Taking my business elsewhere.

I had Bob's Smart Home out to install Ethernet cabling. They did a great job with minimal impact on my family while the work was in process. They worked closely with me to identify my exact requirements and provided a solution that exceeded my expectations.

Bob's Smart Home installed and configured smart devices throughout my home. Ryan was exceptional during installation - knowledgeable and supportive, willing to dive in to my requirements as a customer. Since the install, the system has worked like a breeze, but Ryan has always been a phone call or email away if I needed support or just wanted to bounce some ideas off of him for changes or additions to my Smart Home. I'll go back to Bob's for any Smart Home projects I have in the future. I recommend them for anyone planning a Smart Home project.
