Bob's Tree Preservation

Richard and his team were amazing!!! We needed 2 really big trees in our very small backyard cut down as the trees had become hazardous. They were able to cut them both down and grind the stumps quickly and efficiently and all at a reasonable price! Fantastic Job!! I would happily use them again in the future and I highly highly recommend them for anyone’s tree needs!!!

I had 4 trees planted at a cost into the thousands. No problem. They completed the job. Later, I had questions about the health of the trees and the irrigation system. They never told me I would be charged $250 dollars just to come out and look around. No contract or agreement or explanation of work needing to be done was ever discussed. There was no evidence they'd actually even been there! Water continued to spout in the air from the irrigation system, no report on the trees was provided. There was no note with a company logo saying they'd been there. When I questioned the bill, I was met with a rude, condescending, completely unprofessional and unapologetic woman on the phone, "nobody's coming out to your house for free". I don't know they were ever even there. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Highly Recommend Bob’s Tree Preservation!! Everyone we dealt with in the treating and pruning of our trees were beyond professional and kind. We had our live oak pruned, as well as our water oak pruned and treated for some disease/bugs. During our consultation our minds were put at ease with the expertise and knowledge that Bob’s Trees had on our water oak. They came up with a game plan so that we could keep our beautiful water oak when we were almost ready to just cut it down. We are so thankful and so pleased with the results of our pruning and treating of our trees. We will be going with them for any future tree needs!

Bob's did a great job doing a serious pruning on a live oak in a residential setting that was beginning to encroach on house and driveway. They quoted a fair price for the significant amount of pruning they did, were personable & knowledgeable, cleaned up impeccably, and left the tree in an attractive shape that allowed us to fully use the driveway again. We had gotten several quotes and decided to go with Bob's because how much additional information they were able to share with us about the current health of the tree and their recommendations for improving it, which they did not try to upsell us on (they actually encouraged us to do it ourselves to save money). We were pleased to find someone who seems as invested in the health of our tree as we are.

Bob's Tree Preservation pruned the branches of an oak tree in our backyard recently and the results were amazing! Jay was nice and helpful throughout the entire process. The crew did a great job pruning and cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend this company. We'll be doing business with them again in the future.
