But after four months of lies, excuses, and being left without a working refrigerator, I’m at a breaking point. I have no choice but to speak out. I hired Boca Appliances Repair in December to fix my fridge. They came out once, told me it would be handled, and that was the beginning of months of complete nonsense. Every single week I was told “next week for sure,” and I believed them. I held off on buying a new fridge because I trusted what they said. He diagnosed the issue and immediately went to pick up parts needed, returned, and repaired the washer - on a holiday! I highly recommend this service company for any appliance repairs. I am giving only 3 stars. I called on a Thursday, gave the receptionist my model number, told her exactly what was wrong so that the tech would know the issue beforehand and come on Monday, prepared to fix, my washer drum was filled with water and wouldn't drain. It could have either been a clog or new pump for $40 (for which I later found out the markup on the part....crazy!!!) That didn't happen. Tech came, needed new pump, didn't bring one because I was told they dont keep any parts in inventory. He said he located one at a part supply company. He left, I waited, he came back only to tell me they didn't have the part. He found the part online, ordered it to be delivered to him overnight and showed up the next morning to complete the repair. The company is a pleasure to deal with. You can hear the smile on Jackie's face when she answers the phone. Ryan was very professional and knowledgeable in diagnosisng and implementing our repair. His smile made our problem tolerable. I hope I won't need them again, but if I do, i will not hesitate using them.
