Bock's Steam Star

We had Bock come clean our carpets for the second time (we used them a few years ago) and the quality and service were excellent. In addition the 2 employees were nice as can be, answered all of our questions, very courteous. I will definitely be using Bock again.

Bock's Steam Star came highly recommended a few years ago when we were moving to a new house. They made our older carpets shine like new and helped sell the house. Now, we needed them again and they came through again. We used them this time to shampoo 2 fabric recliners and an area rug. It's amazing how much oil from our bodies collect on chairs we sit in every day. It was fun to see the difference between areas that had been cleaned and those that had not been cleaned yet. Ask for LAWRENCE. He’s the best! He takes extra time, truly cares, and has an attitude that sets him apart from any other company or crew! With three kids and a very stubborn bulldog, he’s the ONLY one who can get our stains out. Our carpet looks and smells brand-new every time.
