Outstanding service from Bodewell — ask for Mike I had a fantastic experience with Bodewell, and especially with their technician, Mike. Mike was knowledgeable, upbeat, and incredibly thorough. He walked me through the diagnostic process, explained the computer system under the dishwasher, and clearly laid out the possible causes of the failure. Initially, we discussed worst-case scenarios (like a failed motherboard, which would’ve meant replacing the entire dishwasher), so I was preparing myself for an expensive outcome. Instead, thanks to Mike’s persistence and attention to detail, he found the real issue: a clogged internal component that commonly occurs after about six years of use. Our technician was Jeff and he was outstanding!! We had ice covering the bottom of our freezer and water pouring out on the floor because of a manufacturer defect and he was able to spot it and repair it long enough so we can get a replacement on the way and not lose all of our food! I cannot recommend Jeff high enough!

He knew exactly what it was, easily walked me through it, fixed it, cleaned up so politely & checked one more time before he left. AJ was so kind, gracious, thorough and clearly direct on what the issue was with my appliance. Please share how much I appreciate this with the company, AJ and his management team. GE appliances via Home Depot coordinated a service request as my microwave wasn’t consistently working. Angela with GE followed up quickly to coordinate this service. When I emailed Angela to thank & recognize AJ, she again immediately responded to pass along my note. Angela & AJ both saved me from a very busy year & time and made me excited for a bright weekend ahead.

I have the receipt from Bodewell showing a total of $196.55 in labor and trip charges for my visit. Even though my balance is zero under warranty, GE is paying Bodewell for a safety inspection that never happened. Your technician (Ronald) spent 5 minutes looking ant my oven. He refused to put his safety findings in writing. He did not use a single tool. If GE pays this invoice, you are paying a contractor who abandoned a fire hazard in a residential home. Which speaks for why he walked out after trying to get loud with me because he got frustrated trying to explain why my burner wasn’t bright red compared to the other one. I told him twice to lower his voice! This company is still getting paid by GE for 'service.' This is a total scam. They get the money, and I'm left with a fire hazard."

Problem: Left refrigerator door won't stay open. Service Tec Armando Was told the issue was an installation issue and not a warranty issue. Was further advised that the floor under the refrigerator was uneven as he opened a Level app on his phone and placed it on the ground. Saying the floor was slanted from the left to right. He left with no further inspection. I removed the refrigerator from its alcove and checked the floor with a level. The floor was level from top to bottom and left to right. I replaced the refrigerator and checked it with a level. The refrigerator was level on the top and sides. I did observe that the left door was was mounted a fraction of an inch higher than the right door. I also noted that the space between the two doors,when closed, was wider at the top and narr
