We recently had all of our carpet removed and replaced with hardwood flooring. We spoke to several companies locally with no follow through by the salesperson. We went to Floor Coverings International of Metro Louisville. Our contact person was Courtney. She went above and beyond our expectations! She was professional, yet personal. The pricing was excellent. They have their own installers, Al and Christian. Al especially is a Master in his skills and meticulous at installing. We had the hardwood and some stone placed, and he and Christian did it all! Every day when they left, the worksite was broom swept and picked up. I am very happy with my new laminate floors. Courtney was a pleasure to work with when selecting flooring and she was available during the entire project. Heather and her team have been great work with. FCI-Lou installed our tile kitchen floor and since we had such a good experience, we had them come back and install the backsplash. They listened to any issues we had and make sure we were satisfied at the end of each project. We will definitely use them again in the future.

She was always on time, provided excellent guidance and managed the project start to finish. Our job required extensive restoration as well as installation of new flooring.
