We have been very pleased with our interactions with this company. They have been extemely honest and upfront to insure that their maintenance contract would cover our equipment. Their attention to their customer needs is outstanding. On a Saturday (the coldest day of the year High temperature 20 degrees F.) our heat stopped working due to a frozen fuel line. When we called, we did not get a voicemail or an answering service, Lisa answered the phone and right away started to locate help for our situation. She had a technician out to our home in under two hours. He was able to locate and correct the problem quickly. He also provided advice on how to prevent future occurrences. If anyone else hates Miller's, try this company! We've been out of oil since Friday night. Called Miller's Saturday morning and they said that the soonest they could come out would be Wednesday. Called Bogue Oil this morning @ 10:30 they said that they'd come right out with a price $0.55 cheaper a gallon! They're here less than an hour later. Super great customer service! No dumb AI receptionist
