We called Triumph to move our 50+ year solid wood piano up to the second story loft in our new home. Our original moving company (4 men) could barely move it out of our old house (Down 5 porch steps) into our new homes zero entry first floor. They also damaged it. I started calling other piano moving companies to price the piano move up the stairs. Some wanted to charge a $300 trip charge plus moving costs.. Sal, Kwan(sp?) and Marcus arrived on time and took great care in properly preparing it for the trip upstairs. They communicated logistics and plan with each other throughout the move. And the client was totally satisfied with Triumph. As a retired serviceman, my family and I have had 10 moves with the US Navy, and things didn't always go well. So I was looking for a respected and reputable moving company for my last move (local) into a new home. Sal and his excellent crew were most professional and courteous.
