Called regarding small water leak on main supply line coming into home before water meter. They came out and looked at it for 15 seconds and said to contact village to turn off supply. Call back when the village could perform the shutoff. $85 dollar service charge for something they should have communicated over the phone. Just be aware if your trouble requires a shutoff at street, contact city/village first to avoid duplication of service call charges. Did call them, but would not reverse the charge.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I hired them to put in a new toilet and broken flange in my main bathroom. They showed up on time, they replaced the broken flange and installed the new toilet. I was very happy with their service thus far. About 28 days later, the paint in the ceiling of my basement started to bubble, which was directly below the bathroom. I called Bohl & Proulx to come and fix the problem, not knowing what had caused it, but thinking it was probably toilet related. Sure enough, the flange that had been replaced was the problem and they replaced again with a longer one. This fixed the water leaking down the outside of my sewer pipe on every flush, but left the damage to the ceiling, wall, and carpet downstairs along with the underlayment of the upstairs

Hired these guys to put in a new sewage pipe, was quoted verbally a lower price than the initial estimate. By the time they were done the final price was way above the quoted price because they broke my water line. Which they should have covered! No one marked the waterline prior btw. They never give you a straight answer either. Will not hire these guys ever again!

They well back in November 2024 added a second ring inside the toilet to get it to stop leaking upstairs which it did stop leaking through the dining room ceiling. Now it’s May 2025 and the toilet is leaking again and water is coming through the dining room ceiling again but only when you flush the toilet again. Thinking it may need a third ring in the toilet or something else but they had said the pipe to our toilet is awkward and that’s why it needs two rings to seal it. Not sure if they’d stand by their work since it’s doing it again and fix it for free

I called about a leaky water line to my refrigerator and they came out and fixed it that same morning. He worked quickly and was polite. He took a look at a few other issues I've had and fix some of them and gave me options for the others. The bill was below what I expected. I will be using them again in the future.
