I’ve used and work with Boise Roof Repair over the last five years and I’ve had a great experience with residential roofing and repairs, they always get the paperwork that I need in time with a real estate deal, insurance claims and any other issues that have come up thank you guys in advance. Scheduling an appointment was effortless and easy. The Customer Service Representative was kind and was able to get me scheduled fast. Chris came out at the precise time he was scheduled and started by asking me what my desired outcome on the days visit would be. I told him and he was able to provide up front pricing and get my inspection completed in a timely manner. He quickly sent over the invoice the same day and it provided amble information that I needed. Chris then went a step further and called me the next day to ensure I received the invoice and if he could assist any further. Great company and great customer service! Would highly recommend.
