Bolivar Insulation

Had a great experience with Bolivar to get new windows and gutters. Sales dude named Tel got a quote for me really fast and the price was lower than anticipated. My gutters were really high off the ground but they got it done and they work great. Guy named Mike installed my windows and he did a fantastic job of making sure all the exterior trim matched up to the new windows. Overall it was a major success. I would highly recommend them.

Tell and Mike are such great guys! Tell is always available for questions or concerns. Mike is the best installer I've ever had the pleasure of working with in my 30 year career as a home builder. Couldn't be happier with the sales or service process.

We had siding, gutters, and windows replaced by Bolivar. Tell was great in walking us through the process and quick to respond to our questions. Mike did an excellent job on the installation. We would definitely use Bolivar for our next project.

Ordered windows in March or April. Delivered in May. At that time 5 screens were missing. Two were delivered in September or October. After 6 months of waiting they say they have the screens in stock in Joplin , but they will not deliver them until they have other jobs in the Nevada area, probably in 2 or 3 weeks. They were quite nice when we were ordering, but have shown little interest in following through to complete the job by delivering the screens. Many businesses have the slogan, "After the sale it is the service that counts." Their slogan seems to be, "After the sale it is the commission that counts." January 17, no response. I have written to the home office to see if they will intervene. I noticed that the company responded on the positive reviews, but ignored my review.

I called to get a quote for insulating our attic. Got a call back the next day and the estimate was completed in just a few days. We chose to have them complete the work. They were good at communicating when they were coming. Once they got to the house, they were all very polite and professional. They worked quickly and were careful about dragging hoses across our wood floors and not scraping the edge of doorways. They cleaned up their mess and were gone. Our experience was very positive and I would use them again!
