Just had a fabulous experience with Bollinger. Great communication from the start. They were able to schedule quickly, I didn't need to be home (although I was). They called when they were on the way and showed up when they said they would. The team was courteous, professional, and prepared to quickly locate and dig up the lids. Job well done.

Had an awesome experience with my septic tank clean and inspection! Quickly preformed the inspection and could barely tell where they dug! Super happy with the company

this was our first time using bollinger for our septic tank cleaning and we were very satisfied. they called when they were on the way and were very friendly-took the lids off and replaced them when done-explained everything to my husband-would definitely use them again!

It took weeks to get them to call me back to come out for an estimate. Then they pulled a no show/no call to the first appointment. Next, they showed up unannounced on a day we DID NOT have an appointment. Guy said he would come back the next week. Several calls later, we set another appointment. They KNEW I was taking off work early to be there. Another no call/no show. Wouldn't deal with this company on a bet.

I have just received the most AMAZING service from the guys at Bollinger’s. I called to have the tanks pumped and they were here the next day. I had thought the other problem of a drain inside would be cleared up , but it seems it wasn’t. I had an inside plumber here at the same time who was able to unplug it, but informed me I had to have a pipe replaced. He gave me an outlandish price. I was upset as my husband( who has passed away) had always made these decisions. I called back to Bollingers and they said they would be back in the morning to replace the pipe at a reasonable price. The guys were the nicest, kindest caring guys to me. They left my lawn perfect. I’ll reseed in the spring and you would never know they had been here. If I could give 10 stars I would. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!
