Taylor Electric

After having some less-than-pleasant experiences with other electricians in the area, I was relieved to find not just excellent, knowledgeable craftsmanship in Taylor Electric but also kind, friendly, communicative workers. We had a scheduling snafu at first but I'm glad I stuck with these guys. The work was clean and efficient, they were determined to solve issues that other electricians claimed were impossible to solve, and they always made sure to communicate exactly what they were doing. Contractors also tend to talk down to female homeowners — I did not experience this in the least with Taylor Electric. Great price for everything they did in one day, too! Thank you, Mike & co.!

Mike and his crew rewired our residential condo for new and improved lighting and fans. We did a huge project, including a second story foyer light fixture, and the team was competent, good-natured, and on-time! One switch was blinking a tad (user-error!) and Mike personally stopped by a week later to make sure all projects were finished and that we were satisfied. I have renovated numerous houses and his electrician team is the best group with whom I have ever worked!

Working with Taylor Electric has been a great experience, my wife and I hired them 2 or 3 times to do various things. The two electricians that showed up on the most recent visit diagnosed the issues very quickly. An outlet was accidently covered by the drywallers and the electricians cut a hole around it and installed the plug. I appreciate how they put down a tarp and vacuumed the drywall dust. The crew was very professional and I highly recommend this company.

Simply put, Mike is the best. From the second he walked in my house I knew he was the right person for the job- not only is he a creative and can-do-it guy, imagining lighting possibilities and possible upgrades, but he is excellent at what he does. He's a second generation electrician so truly he knows his stuff. Even the inspector looking at the panel was impressed with how clean and professional everything looked, a statement followed immediately by "well, I would expect nothing less from Taylor." And when a small piece of ceiling plaster chipped when the team was installing a bathroom fan, he arranged everything so that the ceiling was patched and painted so that truly it looks better than it did before.
