After recently moving into our new home, there were a few issues and broken sensors around the home that one could expect with a new construction build. Bolt Technologies made the process much smoother and took care of all of our issues in a timely and professional manner. Each of the technicians that came out was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Big thank you to Daniel, Mario and Tony for the help and Brenda in the office for coordinating everything!

We purchased a whole house speaker / surround sound system with a new home build and could not be happier with choosing Bolt. We were provided many different options to choose from for each space and were guided throughout the process. The support received is great as well. We absolutely love the end product and highly recommend BOLT.

Bolt installed security and home entertainment systems, a whole house vacuum, and network wiring in our new home. The work was done on time, and per the price quoted. Their installer did a fine job explaining the operation of the various systems. Their customer service has been excellent. Bolt responded very promptly to repair an issue with a whole house vacuum they installed in our home. Their technician arrived on time, and quickly made a permanent repair. We are very leased with the service and support Bolt has provided.

This is by far THE WORST company to do business with! If I had the option to give them zero stats I would have. Run, don’t walk from using them. Pay more for a quality company and don’t get screwed like we did! The owner, Jordan, refuses to get on the phone. The office manager, Jessica, does not return calls and if she does, which is months later she is rude and unprofessionsl. They blatantly lied to us when we signed our contract with them. That is NOT ok! They are next to impossible to get out for service if you have an issue. I tried doing the right thing by using a newer company versus a bigger more established one but now we are paying the price. They are rude and IMO should be reported to the BBB, which I may do. I sure hope people read these reviews and don’t get burned like
