He explained everything clearly and made sure there were no more leaks before he left. The price was fair and the service was excellent. Terrible experience. Bait and switched a quoted price and promised repairs with a different "handy person" who clearly had not communicated with the first person. Did not repair grouting as promised, did not fix slow flowing sink as promised, and electrical work for lighting fixtures failed within 2 days.
