I called John regarding some water collecting in the corner of my basement. I had spoken to multiple foundation repair companies prior to Bone Dry, and I was completely being taken advantage of by companies trying to sell me in on several thousands of dollars worth of work that they deemed necessary. The day John came out, he diagnosed the issue and did so with integrity where he recommended a simple drainage grate. John Barrett and his two helpers put a sump pump and drainage in our basement, a drain in each of our two window wells and fixed a foundation leak around our main house water supply line. John Barrett who owns Bone-Dry Construction & Basement Waterproofing Inc. is a very honest and thorough person who fixed my leaking basement without difficulty. John even brought me sump pumps as back-up without extra charge. I would recommend John and Josh his helper to anyone. John is very reasonable in his charges as well.

John installed a drainage system and sump pump in my basement. He was very reasonably priced, very detail oriented, took the time to explain things to me, and did a great job of clean up. Immediately after he finished the work we had a lot of rain and, where I would normally be bailing out the basement after, it was quite literally bone-dry. Highly recommend him! It's now been 7 months since Bone-Dry waterproofed my basement and I am extremely happy. Even with some torrential downpours and extended days of rain my basement remains dry and problem free. I'm not actually sure what type of sump pump he installed but it is so quiet I don't even know when it's on but it's definitely doing it's job.

I had John and his crew come out to my house last year to address a basement leak. They installed a sump pump and fixed the perimeter floor in my problem area. They were fast and cleaned up really well afterwards. Have had multiple rains since then and not a drop of water in my basement. This was money well spent which was really reasonable to begin with. Would definitely recommend.
